Travis Hyde Properties began as Ithaca Rentals and Renovations in 1977 and specializes in both apartment rentals and commercial leasing. Our goal, then and now, is to provide our tenants with the best service and value that we can offer. We manage over 850,000 square feet of residential, commercial, storage and light industrial properties in Ithaca and Binghamton, NY.

We pride ourselves in being the rental company of choice for the academic, professional, and older residents of the Ithaca region for over 40 years.

Founded in 1892 by a violinist with a big vision, IC is a learning environment all about transformation — the moments when you find meaning, purpose, and people.

Ithaca College attracts the curious and the creative — humanitarians and contrarians ready to be challenged — students who are ready to grow, question the status quo, and feel their impact. At IC, a midsized, nationally ranked university, students and alumni chart brave new paths toward Pulitzers and concertos, Broadway and Hollywood, the Sierra Club, Washington and Wall Street. At IC, you find opportunities for personalized attention in every academic program. The IC experience continues after graduation as alumni become part of a growing network of professionals — mentors and experts around the world who take active roles in helping students succeed.

The Department of Romance Studies gives voice to the literatures and cultures of those parts of the world where French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish are or have been spoken. The undergraduate and graduate programs offer students a broad range of opportunities for language acquisition, as well as the chance to become sophisticated interpreters of cultures and deliver intellectual engagement across linguistic and textual boundaries.

Tompkins Cortland Community College has grown from a tiny community college housed in an old high school to an integral part of the Tompkins County and Cortland County communities located on a 220-acre rural campus in Dryden, New York.

The College is one of 30 community colleges in the State University of New York, and offers degrees, certificates, and microcredentials in more than 40 academic programs including nursing, business administration, criminal justice, chemical dependency counseling, new media, sport management, culinary arts, sustainable farming and food systems, and liberal arts programs, including education and general studies. The College is known for constantly expanding the boundaries of what is possible for a community college: recent innovations include a restaurant, organic-practices farm, and 10-acre solar array powering campus.

Perhaps more importantly, the College is known for its commitment to academic rigor and for its equally passionate commitment to providing the community support students need to succeed. With thousands of graduates in the area and throughout the country, we mean it when we say Your Community. Your College.

Founded in 1997, the Downtown Ithaca Alliance is a State of New York chartered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization charged with the revitalization, development, promotion, and management of Downtown Ithaca (IBID).

The Downtown Ithaca Alliance has a comprehensive downtown revitalization & management program engaged in 6 principal areas: Business Retention & Development, Marketing & Membership Services, Government Relations, Late-Night Economy, Environmental Infrastructure, Special Events, and Transportation.

Downtown Ithaca Alliance envisions Downtown Ithaca as a safe and vibrant, inclusive community of diverse people and businesses; a place that is memorable and captivating, where people aspire to return. They continuously work toward a sustainable Downtown Ithaca that fuels both the regional economy and the psyche of our City, County, and region, and a place where commerce, residential living, and our social community successfully, intersect and interact.
